Most problems can be resolved in less than ten sessions when the counselor and client work together. Your positive goals are established at the beginning of therapy to ensure you get the most out of our time together. I am a seasoned therapist and have expertise in the following areas.

How does coaching differ from counseling?

I offer coaching services to help people address any number of personal challenges they may be facing.  Coaching differs from counseling in a number of ways.  Coaching tends to be very present focused and goal oriented.  In addition, coaching does not focus on identifying specific mental health problems such as depression or anxiety disorders.  Our time is spent focusing on the here and now and working on building a plan to achieve your goals.
